When I started this layout, I didn't know if I would include the War Doctor, because the Doctor himself ignored that incarnation. But then came The Day of the Doctor, making this layout A Dozen Doctors. Although we haven't seen Twelve properly yet, he joined the layout too, thanks to the release of promo pictures. I got to keep "dozen" in the title, as there are other names for "13" that include it. I considered naming the layout Devil's Dozen Doctors (alliterations are amusing, after all), but I found "baker's dozen" even more fun, because with 2 instances it's the most common last name among Doctor actors.

The Circular Gallifreyan in the header is Sherman's version. The meaning is not that spectacular, it just says "link" (in the image for the extra link), "entries", "archive", "friends" and "profile".

layout info Based on Flexible Squares.
Works for all account types.
Tested in Firefox 27, Google Chrome 33 and Internet Explorer 11.

The widths of content, maincontent and sidebar are mostly changeable without problem. Making the sidebar narrower could become noticeable, though, because of the .sbarbody images.

If you have 5 links in the navheader, change the background of #header to navheader2.png. And change the left padding of .title and .subtitle to 578px.
