Are you using a customized layout already? If so, you have to scroll through the code until you find the code that's nearly identical the the one you want to insert. Most of the time it'll be towards the bottom of the code under the Mini Icons label. Just look for the protected.gif that has coding similar to the one above and delete everything from img to the last }, then insert the above code and it should work. I hope this helps.~Sophia

Awesome, though I wish there was some kind of alternate for private entries.

If you have an idea for the picture (I can't think of anything :o/), I'll make it.

The only thing I can think of offhand is adding SHER to the white spaces. That could be difficult to read, though. Anything else (magnifying glass?) wouldn't fit the theme as well.

Yeah, with SHER would be unreadable. I'll look through the episodes, maybe I can find something fitting.

how exactly does this work?

Well, if you follow the instructions, it'll show that image instead of the lock in front of the subject line of friends-locked posts.

do you put it at a certain place in the theme code? or do you just add it to like the bottom of the theme's code?

If there's no other f'lock-icon code, you can put it where you want.
