matching profile layouts for the Common Room layouts  
This profile layout has a fixed width, changing the width would mess up the layout.

Go to Edit Profile and insert the code into the Bio part.
To copy the code, click in the text area and then press Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C.



You don't have to use the lj-raw tags. With them you can only make line breaks/new paragraphs with <br> and <p>. Without the lj-raw tags you can also create line breaks and new paragraphs just by hitting the enter key.
The above code is for a single Hufflepuff banner.

If you want to change the link color, put a font tag with a different color in your link. Like so:
<a href="URL"><font color="#003366">LINK TEXT</font></a>

If you want a different house color for your banner, just change where it says hufflepuff in the code to the house whose color you want.

The link colors for the other hourses are:

<a href="URL"><font color="#FCCA00">LINK TEXT</font></a> for Gryffindor

<a href="URL"><font color="#69D6E4">LINK TEXT</font></a> for Ravenclaw

<a href="URL"><font color="#FEECA3">LINK TEXT</font></a> for Slytherin
To put another banner under your banner, in the first banner's code change
profile-bottom.png
to
profile-connected.png

Then copy the above banner code and put it after the first banner. You need to take the following line out of the second banner's code:

If you want to put banners next to each other, put the banner codes into this table:



It's for 4, so you can have all houses in a row, if you want.

This looks so lovely, I have taken it and use it for my journal. However, I'm having a little trouble. On top of each banner appears a line and no matter what I do I can't seem to make it disappear. I hope you can help me. Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply.
I looked at your profile in Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer, but in nowhere can I see a line. So I don't know what could be causing it or what to do against it, sorry.

Huh! See that is weird, when I read your message, I was actually thinking that there were gone then I look at my profile again and I see them. However, I'm happy to know that no one else can see them but me :D
